If you are looking for an upgrade to the generic ‘Weaver’ alloy base, the Burris XTB is it. Made from steel, the bases are very well machined and kept to a low profile. The Front base is also reversible accomodating various scope lengths. All Weaver and Pic rails rings will fit.
Available for Savage, Rem 700/7, Win 70, Browning Abolt, Tikka. Also available for SAKO Dovetail and Encore Carbine in aluminum.
